Third floor at 92 Weybosset Street, above the print shop. The street door is the plain one with no sign on it; press 3, and somebody will come down if the buzzer is sulking again.
Call between nine and five thirty and you get one of the six. Write outside those hours and you get an answer the next morning.

Two of us are usually in before nine. Nobody is here on a Saturday, and we would think less of ourselves if we were.

Answer what you can. A rough budget and a rough date tell us more than a careful description of the work does, and neither one commits you to anything.
Common questions
How do we start?
Fill in the form or call. We reply within one business day and suggest a call once there is something worth talking about, which is usually straight away.
How far ahead are you booked?
Ask, because it moves. Six to eight weeks out is the usual answer, and you would rather have a real date from us than a hopeful one.
Do you work with clients outside Rhode Island?
Most of ours are. The interviews and the decisions happen on calls and in shared documents; we travel for the two sessions where everyone genuinely needs to be in one room.
We already have an agency. Is that a problem?
No, and it is worth saying up front. We have done the strategy and handed the making to somebody else's team more than once, and it went fine both times.
Do you take small projects?
Sometimes. Tell us the scope and the number and you will get a yes, a no, or the name of somebody better suited to it.
